The reception area has unique, bright energy, I enjoyed it so much. The king suite sofa bed was very spacious for us. Air conditioning functions super well. The closet area was very easy for my belongings.
Sounds from doors in other rooms was excessively audible.

the housekeeping was not good the room was not hoovered at all some areas were left uncleaned towels were not changed they also forgot to put the feet towel in the bathroom one time and the body cream was always missing the windows also looked like they were not cleaned for months

the room was spacious and well kept. the staff was excellent and always ready to assist with a smile. i found the proximity to public transport very convenient. the location made exploring the city quite easy.
the bathroom had a slight odor coming from the shower drain. i believe improving the drainage would significantly enhance the bathroom experience. this was a minor inconvenience, but it affected the overall impression of the room.
